Broome Retreat is a large ground floor property that can accommodate extended families wishing to holiday together and groups of up to 17 people.
The property contains
- one double bedroom,
- four twin bedrooms and
- five singles all with their own en-suite toilet/washbasin and some having showers.
- In addition there are two separate wet-rooms, one of which has spacious dimensions and also contains a bath.
Access varies within the bedrooms with some being suitable for non-weight bearing wheelchair users and some for those with more ambulant ability. Right and left hand lateral transfer is available

There is level access though out the property and an attractive conservatory as well as a separate lounge.
The fully fitted kitchen has underneath clearance to the cooker and sink and two adjacent dining rooms. There are also two well equipped utility rooms on site.
Assistance dogs are welcomed and a secure exercise area is located adjacent to the property.
